Moda Group is bringing forward plans for a new co-living community at 12 Hartfield Road, Wimbledon.
Our proposals will deliver around 150 professionally managed co-living homes, each with its own en-suite and kitchenette, supported by a range of shared amenities including lounges, kitchens, co-working areas, a gym, laundry and rooftop gardens. This development will introduce a new type of housing to Wimbledon town centre - designed to meet the needs of single renters such as key workers and young professionals who are priced out of the traditional rental market.
Located just 150 metres from Wimbledon Station, the site is exceptionally well-connected and will support vibrant, sustainable town centre living.
